In 2023, she starred in the Netflix dark comedy series <i><a title=\"Beef (TV series)\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Beef_(TV_series)\">Beef<\/a><\/i>, for which she won a <a class=\"mw-redirect\" title=\"Golden Globe Award\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Golden_Globe_Award\">Golden Globe Award<\/a> and a <a class=\"mw-redirect\" title=\"Primetime Emmy Award\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Primetime_Emmy_Award\">Primetime Emmy Award<\/a>, becoming the only Asian woman to win a lead acting Emmy.<\/p>\n<p>In 2023, Wong embarked on her cross-country stand-up tour ALI WONG: LIVE, which recently extended into 10 additional cities through 2024. She is also currently producing \u201cJentry Chau vs. The Underworld\u201d for Netflix, in which she stars opposite Lucy Liu.
