Night of the Living Fest returns this year in collaboration with Hotel Congress to present 3 nights and 2 stage locations of live concert music and night life culminating with the All Souls Procession on Sunday. Night #1 (Friday) brings the Oakland based Grammy nominated bilingual Hip-Hop/Reggeaton group made up of Panamanian cousins Raka Rich and Raka Dun known as Los Rakas to headline the immensely popular El Tambo night at Congress.
